We Need A National Conversation To Change The Name Kotoka International Airport – Bishop Samuel Mensah Suggests

Ghanaian preacher and president of the Full Gospel Church International, Bishop Samuel Mensah has called on the authorities and leaders of the nation to start a national conversation to change the name Kotoka International Airport.

Speaking passionately about how Africans destroy their own as he laid emphasis on the fact that the enemy is always within and not outside, Bishop Samuel Mensah told his congregation during a church service that the name Kotoka attached to Ghana’s airport opens the doors for coup to occur in the country.

He pointed to the fact that despite Kwame Nkrumah’s effect, Kotoka undermined him and staged a coup against Kwame Nkrumah and overthrew him and so far as our airport is named after him, we have endorsed enemies to fight the progress of our nation.

He suggested that Kotoka International Airport should be changed to Kwame Nkrumah International Airport.
