A Ghanaian businesswoman known as Kesiwaa has shared a sad tale of how her business was ruined by her father and mother leaving it with debts.
Recounting her story on the ‘Okukuseku’ show hosted by Kumawood actress, Emilia Brobbey, Kesiwaa revealed that she was involved in a tragic accident that injured her leg so she could not continue her fried plantain ‘kelewele’ business so her parents had to take over.
She said that the money she invested in the business all went down the drain because her parents were using all the monies they made from the kelewele business to build a house elsewhere and took food stuffs from her suppliers on credit.
She said her father suggested to her that they should consult a fetish priest otherwise known as ‘mallam’ who will do some rituals for her so that her debtors will no longer come to her house to come and demand for her money. However, after taking her father’s advice to consult the ‘Mallam’ the ritual did not work as her debtors kept on coming to her to demand for their money.
Kesiwaa revealed that she wanted to run away from the house but she changed her mind and even thought of committing suicide by drinking ‘Power Zone’.
According to her, she has still not paid her debtors and life is very hard for her now but she hopes things will get better.
