Information gathered by bestmediaconcept.com indicates that court has rule out the injunction place on the general elections of the Musicians Union of Ghana, (MUSIGA).
MUSIGA’s elections were called off since early 2020 after one of the presidential candidates, Ras Caleb Appiah Levi sought a court order to put an injunction on the elections over alleged inconsistencies and discrepancies in the voter’s register among other allegations.
At a court hearing in Accra, the court judge reportedly ruled the case in favor of MUSIGA dismissing all claims by Ras Caleb Appiah Levi.
An insider told our reporter that, the MUSIGA elections is scheduled to take place on March 22, at various MUSIGA officers in across the country.
