Veteran Ghanaian actor, Paa George has urged Ghanaian filmmakers and producers to pay actors and actresses well when they hire them for their services.
Paa George lamented bitterly lamented in an interview with some media people after the burial ceremony of late actor, Agya Manu over how some producers in the movie industry pay actors what less than what they deserve which affects their financial coffers at the end as they are not able to save enough for the future.
The 84-year-old legendary script-interpreter also advised top stars to give respect to young and upcoming directors so they can also develop and work productively.
He also cautioned against envy and hatred among industry stakeholders because it will block their progress in life.
