Popular Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Samini known in real life as Emmanuel Andrew Samini has finally admitted that Ghanaians are suffering under Akufo-Addo’s government.
He made this known when speaking on Nana Ama MacBrown’s United Showbiz on UTV after he was questioned on the current situation and he said things are not going on well in the country.
He indicated that when there’s a situation whereby a majority of the populace are complaining about hardship in the country then it means there’s truth in what they’re saying.
In his words, “If the bases say something, it means there is an iota of truth in there. Today in Ghana, if you listen to the people of Ghana today, an average, a Ghanaian will tell you that times are hard. So it is not me who will be asked if what the President said during his campaign which I supported has been done.”
